It's that time again, when everyone is glued to the television. To see who has the soggy bottom, and who is able to get the flavours through their sponge. I personally love the back off, but I know that what keeps me gripped (besides the fact it's great) is the editing.
The most noticeable editing I've noticed is when the contestants are running out of time with their bakes they always seem to have nothing done when there's only minutes left. You can assume that they are trying to keep the audience hooked by thinking things aren't going well.
